SIDEOUT SCHOOL & BERT

Terms of use

Updated 12 October 2026

Sideout School provides Bert to help coaches and students organise lessons, communicate and review coaching records. Contact cl@clpanic.com for help.

Use your own account and keep private sign-in links private. Only upload content you have permission to share, and respect the privacy of other players. Do not attempt to access someone else's account or records.

Calendar availability, polls and AI suggestions help with planning. They do not by themselves confirm a lesson, reserve a court or change a payment agreement. Your coach confirms the arrangements. Check important dates, venues, charges and credit balances with your coach if anything looks wrong.

AI responses may contain mistakes. Bert's coaching features do not replace the judgement of your coach or a qualified health professional.

Coaching prices, credits, court charges, cancellations and refunds remain subject to the arrangements you agree with your coach. These website terms do not introduce new fees or change those arrangements.

Google Calendar and WhatsApp features depend on those services and may be delayed or unavailable. You can choose whether to connect your calendar. How we handle your information is described in our privacy notice.

We may update the service and these terms, explaining material changes to affected users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
